Customer challenge

High-street retailer House of Fraser was seeking a new way to stand out from the competition, and with the growth of online shopping, it also needed to give customers a compelling reason to try clothes in person.

The right lighting

Around the mirror, recessed metal halide downlights were replaced with suspended square LED feature luminaires, and wall lights were re-located and fitted with MASTER LED lamps. We also replaced existing CDM downlights with StyliD compact LED fittings. With a more balanced and flattering ambience, the fitting rooms now have plenty of flare, without the glare.

House of Fraser is truly setting trends on the high street, with a unique fitting room experience that shows clothing in its best light. Flattering ambience and dramatic display lighting helps their flagship store stay head and shoulders above the competition.
